Home

Welcome. You’ve landed at the home of the law firm protecting billboard landlords, Telecom Law Firm, PC.

Telecom Law Firm works with and for billboard landlords, telecom site landlords, media site lessors, and others who lease property to billboard, media, broadcast, communications, fiber, and wireless companies.

We are a small and focused group of communications/media lawyers and staff professionals, along with our two CEOs (our Canine Efficiency Officers).

WE WORK FOR BILLBOARD LANDLORDS.

Our Attorneys. We have communications attorneys admitted and licensed to practice law in the following states:

    • California
    • New Mexico
    • Other states with local counsel

Here is a list of our attorneys and the states in which they are licensed. In other states we work with and through local counsel.  The same list also identifies the staff and leadership team that keeps our firm running smoothly.

We are a quiet law firm. We conduct our legal services on behalf of our clients without splash, hyperbole, or noise. That works for our clients, and that works for us.

Initial consultations. We don’t charge for initial consultations, which are NOT limited to 30 minutes.

Our initial consultations take as long as it takes for you to figure out if our firm is a good fit for you and your needs, and for us to determine if you’re a good client fit for our firm.

With our firm you will never be on the clock with us until we all agree should should be on the clock.
